Judith Broggi has been charged with the task of creating and launching
this blog as a tool for understanding primary sources. In 2007 she was awarded her Master's Degree from Harvard University in Museum Studies, and
brings with her a particular interest and experience in primary sources
pertaining to "Sowing the Seeds of Liberty". A resident of Concord, Massachusetts, she chose to write her thesis about the Samuel Brooks farmstead, located along the Battle Road within the boundaries of the Minuteman National Historical Park.
She sees that the story of the minuteman cannot be told without the
story of the colonial American farmer...a story that serves as a
flexible tool for teaching American History as well as Social Studies,
and Environmental Science.
